Venue Rules

Arrival & set-up times

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session start time.

If you'd like time to set up and decorate, we recommend booking your slot with that in mind and inviting guests to arrive 15-20 minutes after your start time.

Your booked session time covers everything: arrival and set-up (decorations, food, getting ready), time with your guests, and clean-up and departure.

We're unable to offer access before your start time, and the venue must be fully cleared by the end of your booking so we can prepare for the next guests.

Decorations

• ✓Banners are welcome, provided they are not placed on the floor.
• ✓Balloons are welcome, as long as they are not free-standing on the floor.
• ✕Nothing may be attached to doors (these are designated fire exits).
• ✕Nothing may be attached to the sauna (fire safety regulations).

Food & drink

• ✓Drinks in plastic cups/bottles or cans can be consumed around the pool.
• ✕No food (cake, sweets, etc.) to be consumed inside the pool building.
• ✕No drinks to be consumed whilst in the pool water.
• ✕No popcorn.

Please don't bring

• ✕No confetti, party poppers, or streamers.
• ✕No piñatas.
• ✕No glass items in the pool area.

If you're celebrating - don't forget to bring

• ✓Birthday cake
• ✓Candles and lighter
• ✓Cake knife
• ✓Paper plates and cutlery
• ✓Bin bags for your rubbish

Music

If you'd like to play your own playlist (Spotify or YouTube Music), please email us a playlist link the day before your session so we can have it set up for you.
