Thank you so much to Lucy for her amazing facilities, you made us all feel so welcome. Myself and 6 ladies had the best day ever on Saturday relaxing, swimming, eating and drinking, we have laughed and distressed. Carnt wait to go back.

A wonderful experience for our baby boy's first swim. The room/water were both the perfect temperature and everything was immaculately clean. There was even some pool floats and rubber ducks available to borrow. Lucy was a really welcoming host and we are so grateful she is giving others the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful spa. We can't wait to visit again!

From the moment we arrived, the spa exuded tranquility—beautiful calming scents, soft music, and an immaculately clean space. The warm pool was incredibly inviting, and the private setting was perfect for our special needs son, making the experience relaxing for the whole family. Lucy was exceptional—so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The sauna was a lovely bonus, adding to the overall luxury of the visit. This spa truly goes above and beyond to create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning often—thank you for such a lovely experience.

We just had an amazing teenage birthday for our daughter at the Willows Spa. It’s an amazing place, really beautiful for a special occasion and perfect whatever the weather. The heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, seated areas are perfect. The girls loved every minute. Lucy, the owner is so lovely, helping us set up, putting up decorations for us and making us so welcome. The whole place is so clean and well presented. We will definitely be back.
