  1. Soothing Hot Stone Massage - Relaxing – De-Toxifying – Stimulating - Indulge in this restorative body treatment. Warm volcanic stones coated in fragrant oil are placed gently on to the skin’s pressure points or moved over the body to melt away the deepest of tensions and induce deep relaxation.
  2. Relaxing Massage - Relaxing – Soothing – Recharging - Unwind with a relaxing massage using massage oil or aromatherapy blended oils, your therapist will use light to medium pressure to help relieve tension and aching muscles.
  3. Facial - Cleansing – Hydrating – Calming - A relaxing Tropic facial for every skin type that includes cleansing, exfoliation and either a mask or massage, all topped off with moisturizer  or serum for a healthy glow.
  4. Calming Holistic Facial and Head Massage - Relaxing – De-toxifying – Tension-releasing - Indulge in this relaxing treatment using Tropic aromatic oils to massage the face, head and shoulders. Light pressure on your face and a deeper pressure around the head and shoulders, to create a calm and deeply relaxed feeling.
  5. Reflexology - Reflexology is ancient Chinese acupressure of the foot promoting health and well-being. It is a deeply relaxing yet powerful treatment. Your reflexologist will firstly cleanse and massage the feet then apply different pressure which can provide pain and stress relief among other benefits that are connected to certain areas and organs within the body. After treatment they will discuss any findings.
